Dr. Chaudhary Shamsuddin Khan, Advocate, has announced his candidature for the membership of the Bar Council of Delhi (BCD). Holding advanced qualifications in law, including LL.M. and Ph.D. (Law), Dr. Khan is a senior legal professional with extensive experience in advocacy and bar administration.
He has earlier served as the Former Honorary Secretary of the Supreme Court Bar Association (MSCGHS), where he actively contributed to matters concerning advocates’ welfare, professional ethics, and institutional strengthening of the legal fraternity.
In his appeal to fellow advocates, Dr. Khan has sought their support and blessings, emphasizing the need for transparent, accountable, and inclusive representation in the Bar Council of Delhi.
He has requested members of the bar to extend their first or best preference in his favour, with a vision to work for the rights, dignity, and professional development of advocates.
